Em- I found your blog thru your flickr site a while back. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know i still make a brussel sprout face. I like them better raw than cooked, although I've never had the acid/bacon variety. Everyone else in the family likes them, so it must be a Grossman gene that I lack. Justin always has liked foods that I don't, though. Like artichokes, which I'm just beginning to find "palatable". Only when marinated and on top of a pizza covered in cheese.

vinegar, bacon, and mustard with a little sugar - it gets that sweet and sour/warm spinach salad thing going. Must roast the sprouts.

I can get anyone to eat them when I cook them that way.
